What’s In Your Water?
Recent news out of the State of Minnesota reports that bong water is now classified as an illegal drug. That’s right, bong water.
Minnesota’s Supreme Court now says a person can be prosecuted for a first-degree drug crime for 25 grams (not milliliters?) or more of bong water that tests positive for a controlled substance.
Most of us are aware of the recent and serious news reports of prescription pharmaceuticals being found in drinking water throughout the United States. I find it ironic that while bong water is being tested, there’s no law in Minnesota against drinking water testing positive for controlled substances.
